トランスオミクス解析室の提供する依頼分析サービスを利用できるのは以下に該当している方のみです。

・基礎生物学研究所、生理学研究所に所属する者

・各部門、研究施設の教員と共同研究を遂行している研究者

・教員との共同研究を前提に、機器利用を目的とする研究者

・基礎生物学研究所 共同利用研究の公募により認められた者

・トランスオミクス解析室委員長が認めた者

プロテインシーケンス・質量分析については、利用者の依頼に基づき、トランスオミクス解析室職員が行います。

依頼分析を希望される方は、各依頼書に必要事項をご記入のうえ、トランスオミクス解析室（共通棟 I・110 室、または、所内便）へご提出下さい。

機器操作に伴う試薬・消耗品等の費用は依頼者の負担とし、部門施設別集計の上請求します。詳細はこちら。

Requested analysis services provided by the Trans-Omics Facility are available exclusively to the following:

・Members of the National Institute for Basic Biology (NIBB) or the National Institute for Physiological Sciences (NIPS).

・Researchers currently engaged in, or planning to undertake, collaborative research with faculty members from NIBB or NIPS divisions or research facilities.

・Researchers approved by NIBB through an open call for collaborative research proposals.

・Individuals authorized by the Chairperson of the Trans-Omics Facility.

For protein sequencing and mass spectrometry analyses, the Trans-Omics Facility staff will conduct the analyses based on user requests. 

To request an analysis, please complete the Request Form (available [here]) and submit it either:

・In person at the Trans-Omics Facility (Common Facilities I, Room No. 110), or

・Via internal mail. 

The requester is responsible for covering the cost of reagents and consumables required for equipment operation. These expenses will be calculated and invoiced by the department facility. For detailed cost information, click [here].
