汎用機器から次世代 DNA シーケンサーや質量分析装置などの先端機器に至るまで、約 70 種類 100 台にのぼる機器を備え、その多くは所外の研究者も利用可能です。
The Trans-Omics Facility at the Trans-Scale Biology Center serves as a joint research hub for gene and protein analysis, managing and operating advanced analytical instruments for the National Institute for Basic Biology (NIBB) and the National Institute for Physiological Sciences (NIPS).
With a diverse range of approximately 70 instruments, from general-purpose equipment to cutting-edge technologies like next-generation DNA sequencers and mass spectrometers, the facility supports research both within and beyond the institutes.
Many of these instruments are accessible to external researchers, fostering collaborative scientific discovery.
